Appointments

Your appointment is time we hold just for you, so if you need to cancel or move it, please tell us at least 24 hours ahead.

We understand that life happens; call or message and we'll always try to find you a new time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at 50 % of the booked service. No-shows are charged in full.

We confirm every appointment by message 72 hours before. If we don't hear back within a day, we may release the time to the waiting list.

Colour runs on timers, so we keep a gentle clock. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, please call us.

We'll do everything we can to keep your full service; sometimes that means a shorter version or moving the finish to another day.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late we may need to reschedule, and the late-cancellation fee applies.

Early is lovely: there's always coffee.

Arrive with clean, dry hair unless you're booked for a cut, and bring photos of colour you love (and colour you don't).

Tell us everything. Box dye, henna, a swim every morning: it all changes the formula.

Children are welcome for their own appointments; for yours, please come alone so we can give you our full attention.

Phones are fine, but the chair is a good place to switch off. We'll keep the music low and the coffee coming.

We're on Rua da Palmeira, two minutes from the Jardim do Príncipe Real.

Metro: Rato (yellow line), 8 minutes on foot. Tram / bus: 24E and 758 stop at Príncipe Real.

Parking: the nearest car park is Parque do Príncipe Real, 300 m away; street parking is pay-and-display until 19:00.

The salon is on the ground floor with a step-free entrance; tell us if you need anything else.
